My name is Rose, and I am a fully qualified teacher of Iyengar Yoga.
I have been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1997, and teaching since 2008. As a qualified Iyengar teacher I am required to attend regular classes and training to maintain the use of the Iyengar teaching mark.
I have taught extensively across group and private classes, and now operate my own private sessions so that I can get to know each student better and collaborate with them to establish or enhance their yoga practice.
I have experienced the many benefits that yoga brings and hope to pass them on to my students. Lessons are planned to allow personal development so that each student can feel safe and well supported in their yoga practice.

Sri B.K.S. Iyengar, who sadly passed away in 2014 at the age of 95, dedicated his life to the teaching and development of yoga. It is his methods that are most widely taught around the world and across every continent.
